1. Artificial Intelligence

1.1. The AI Act and the impact on organizations (1/2 day)
Objectives: understand the regulatory landscape related to AI and what the new Artificial Intelligence Law says.

1.3. Prompt Engineering and Agentification (1/2 day)

2. Leadership
2.1. Introduction to Leadership (1 day)
This session is intended for all those who, with or without formal team management, influence the result of their work. Ex: Account Managers, Project Managers, etc.

4. Corporate Identity Workshops
Organizations use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to unlock the potential of their teams, as well as encourage everyone to participate, contribute, and commit to solutions.

5. Agility and Personal Efficiency
5.1. Agility and personal productivity (1/2 day)
This session deals with the individual component of agility, focusing on productivity and time management. It applies agile principles to managing the agenda and tasks, using techniques such as Timeboxing or the Eisenhower Matrix to combine efficiency with effectiveness.
5.2. Stress and well-being (2h)
The objective of this session is to help participants identify immediately applicable techniques that allow them to lower stress levels.
It will also be possible to identify mechanisms and habits that help us maintain low levels of anxiety – even in the new normal in which we live.
5.3. Conflict and emotion management (1/2 day)
In order to focus our energy and resources (mental, psychological, and emotional) on achieving our objectives, it is imperative to keep our environment under control, whether in relationships with others or in the realm of our emotions.
The objective of this session is to provide practical information that allows identifying and diagnosing conflicts, as well as promoting techniques of self-knowledge and effective emotion management.
It can be complemented with a practical workshop applying the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
