AGILITY
2 days of Agile and DevOps
From the Agile manifesto to DevOps principles, including identifying processes, roles, responsibilities, patterns, and guidance on moving from theory to practice. Additionally, these 2 days are led by a highly experienced individual in both agile practices and DevOps, so practical examples are drawn from their experience rather than constructed for training purposes.
Utilizing an Agile project management tool (1 day)
Project management tools; Defining iterations or sprints; Requirements structure, how to identify, write, refine, and prioritize them. The lifecycle of User Stories, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done.
This session may include additional topics, such as digital transformation from theory to practice or where to start the transformation. Also here, we will have a highly experienced individual in digital transformation projects and particularly in envisioning and structuring.
PERSONAL AGILITY AND EFFICIENCY
Personal agility and productivity (1/2 day)
This session focuses on the individual component of agility, with an emphasis on productivity and time management. Apply agile principles to manage schedules and tasks, using techniques such as Timeboxing or the Eisenhower Matrix to combine efficiency with effectiveness.
Stress and well-being (2h)
The goal of this session is to help participants identify techniques for immediate application to lower stress levels. It will also be possible to identify mechanisms and habits that help maintain low levels of anxiety - even in the new normal in which we live.
Conflict and emotion management (1/2 day)
In order to focus our energy and resources (mental, psychological, and emotional) on achieving our goals, it is imperative to keep our environment under control, whether in relationships with others or in the realm of our emotions.
The objective of this session is to provide practical information that allows the identification and diagnosis of conflicts, as well as promote self-awareness techniques and effective emotion management.
LEADERSHIP
Introduction to Leadership (1 day)
This session is intended for anyone who, with or without formal team management, influences the outcome of their work. Ex: Account Managers, Project Managers, etc.

Team coordination (1 day)
Intended for team coordinators and middle managers, this session aims to help develop leadership skills.

Effective leadership in unstable contexts (1/2 day)
Top managers and entrepreneurs need a different set of tools. The goal of this session is to show usage cases for each one.

- Auxiliary techniques and their benefits - journaling, executive coaching, collaborative networks
